Joshua, of Sinwise Farms, imported these beans (along with all the tea and spices he uses for his chai drinks) and asked me to test them out for him. We weren’t sure what to expect but I was really impressed with the cacao’s cocoa and almost buttery notes with a hint of warm spices. These beans are also used in the Chai, Chai Again bar, but it’s nice to savor the bar on its own as well!
