This bar starts with real albion strawberries upcycled from INNA! These are leftover from the shrub making process and preserved in vinegar (which basically means they could last forever ;) ). I dehydrated them and instantly fell in love with them- they’re like the best, most natural gummy candy that are sweet and tart and I knew they’d be great on a lighter, mylk chocolate.

It’s a millet-cashew based mylk chocolate and then also finished with millet for some fun crunch before finally topped with the dried shrubby strawberries. May I suggest you get the shrub to go along with it too?
